On Saturday evening, 4 November, at the UK Community Radio Awards 2023, held in Newcastle, Quality Radio received a second award at the event.
The award is within the ‘Community Show of the Year’ category.
The entry is for the The Erskine Veterans Radio Show, produced and co-ordinated by James Cameron and presented by Graham Turnbull, broadcast on Quality Radio on Tuesdays at 12noon and on Saturdays at 2pm.
This award is to showcase those programmes that cater to communities of interest within the station’s programming and supporting communities.
Judges looked at every aspect of the production and presentation and a programme that entertains and delivers for their audience.
