Mental Health Awareness

Quality Radio is committed to  working  in partnership with RAMH (Recovery Across Mental Health) to  provide information about  resources to help Renfrewshire residents find local and national assistance to help support health and wellbeing.

We will let you know about support services, local events and activities and other ways you can ‘give yourself a hand’ and look after your mental health.

RAMH presents The Movement and Wellbeing Festival, a programme of physical activity and wellbeing events across Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire.

These events aim to promote movement as a way of helping our mental health and wellbeing.  We have been working with our partner organisations who offer existing opportunities for physical activity and exercise.

The week-long festival showcases this alongside special one-off events.

We’re delighted to show you the programme for our first Movement and Wellbeing Festival
