What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Where we utilise the services of marketing and other organisations to perform business functions in order to process your requests and requirements, we will contact these organisations to delete your data within 28 days, although we cannot be held responsible for non compliance from third party organisations.

To ensure that we carry out your instructions accurately and to help improve our service and in the interests of security, we may monitor and/or record incoming and outgoing telephone calls and/or customer transactions and activities on our website and social media pages.

Paisley FM (2017) Limited holds the Office of Communication (Ofcom) Community Radio Licence number CR102170 to transmit on 107.5 MHz FM to Paisley and Renfrewshire. Paisley FM (2017) Limited also holds the Ofcom DSPS licence number DP102742BA to transmit and be carried on DAB digital radio on the Glasgow small-scale DAB digital radio multiplex.
