The Hospital Broadcasting Association awarded a GOLD award to QUALITY RADIO at the recent award’s night which showcases the best of hospital radio, from the interaction with station listeners to the delivery of an engaging station output.
The HBA Best Special Event award judges said the entry from Quality Radio was excellent. A clear Gold winner that brought the event to life in a fantastic way.
Quality Radio covered the Erskine Veterans Hospital annual fundraising Ball in Glasgow with a special feature programme which was produced by Norman Ross and broadcast by Quality Radio on 107.5 FM and DAB digital radio and online to the hospitals served by Quality Radio – Royal Alexandra Hospital, Paisley and Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow and the 805,570 wider population across Paisley, Renfrewshire and Glasgow.
