Building on the success of Erskine Veterans Radio Show and Quality Radio’s Community Request Show, NHS GG&C hopes to strengthen the sense of community within the hospital. It will give people a chance to share music and messages with those staying, working or caring for someone in the Royal Alexandra Hospital, Paisley.

The health board’s Director for Clyde, Melanie McColgan said: “We are thrilled that this partnership with Quality Radio will allow us to bring patients, staff and visitors a new radio show.

“The RAH is at the heart of the community in Paisley, and this gives us another avenue to engage with the public and bring a bit of joy to people during perhaps stressful and uncertain times.”
