The Bungalow have Scotland’s female fronted AC/DC Tribute band on tonight, Friday 9 January 2026. Get your fix of Highway to Hell, Long Way to the Top, Hells Bells and much more. Tickets from Skiddle or on the door from 7.00pm.
The Bobby Deans Big Band ’s first show of 2026 is on Saturday afternoon, 10 January 2026. This is a free entry gig and doors are 1.00pm. On Saturday night there is a free entry gig with Lemon Soul and The Nine Tens in support. Doors are 7.00pm. The P90’s are playing on Sunday afternoon, 4 January. This is a free gig and doors are at 1.00pm.
On Thursday, the Introducing Night features some of the best up and coming new talent emerging onto the scene and they are: Girl Upstairs, We Funky Few and Aiden Connell. Alasdair Napier of We Funky Few told me: “We are so excited to announce our headline at The Bungalow. We love playing the Bungalow and to headline it after playing so many times means to world.” I’ve seen this band, it’s sure to be a funky night especially with jam icon Aidan Connell. Be sure to get along and catch them, doing their biggest show yet. Support new music by getting a ticket on the door from 7.00pm.
The Swan have Three Card Trick in tonight, Friday 9 January from 8.00pm. On Saturday afternoon, 10 January 2026 from 4.00pm it is Give Way followed by a live DJ set till late.
The Sunday Soul Club kicks off at 4.00pm with John and Maria on the decks. Crawford Carlyle (pictured) will be playing on Monday 12 January from 4.00pm; Lee James starts his comedy and song stage show on Tuesday 14 January at 3.00pm and every second Thursday at 5.00pm, and alternatively sometimes it is Cammy Miller. Duncan McLellan will be onstage on Wednesday 14 January to play a whole load of your favourite songs.
The Citadels are doing a special acoustic set on Saturday night, 10 January at The Keg from 9.00pm, and they will be supported by Bicycle Club. The gig kicks off at 9.00pm.
The Keg Grassroots Night returns with live music next Thursday from 9.00pm.
Check out Kennedy’s on Sunday, 11 January at 3.00pm as Cherry Red 32 will be playing some old-fashioned Rock ‘n’ Roll and Hillbilly Rock. Try not dancing to them, it’s difficult.
The Inn on the Corner have one of Paisley’s favourite rock, Blues and boogie band in on Sunday 11 January from 4.30pm, and they are Blind Panik.
The Open Mic/Stage Sessions next week are: The Abbey at 9pm on Monday, Ugly Duck Monday at 7pm, The Gantry at 9pm on Tuesday, The Bungalow on Tuesday 7pm, The Keg on Wednesday at 8.30pm and The Inn on the Corner has an Open Mic on the last Tuesday of the month.
And lastly, The Venue have a Wedding Day tomorrow, Saturday 10 January from 12 midday. This is an opportunity for couples to see the hall beautifully dressed and ready for a wedding.
