Major investment at the Lagoon Leisure Centre, Paisley

ONE REN is delighted to share news of a major investment at Lagoon Leisure Centre in Paisley, with refurbishment work set to begin this Monday 8 June 2026.

As part of OneRen’s commitment to continuously improving venues, and creating the best possible experiences for our communities, the gym at Lagoon will close to undergo a significant upgrade from Sunday 7 June, reopening on Saturday 20 June 2026.

The refurbishment will introduce exciting new features designed to enhance every workout, including:

• Brand-new Life Fitness cardio equipment

• New specialist flooring in the free weights zone

• Bespoke free weight rack system from IndigoFitness

• An EGYM Fitness Hub, helping you access personalised workouts and track your progress with ease

• A new Virtual Wexer Suite, bringing a range of virtual group exercise fitness experiences to Lagoon studios

• Immersive LED lighting within gym and studio spaces

Please note that the gym will be closed while the works are carried out. All other facilities, including the swimming pool and group exercise classes, will remain open as normal throughout the refurbishment.
