Plans have been revealed to build a £15 billion metro system in Glasgow.
Initial procurement processes have been taken in the initial step to identify partners.
Initially, the consultants will be invited to bid on a contract worth £20 million.
The proposed service “Clyde Metro” is intended to connect poorly serviced communities to employment, education, and health services in and around the greater Glasgow area with 1.5 million people benefitting.
