Paisley live music gigs for the weekend and all next week

Them & Us are playing at The Bungalow on Friday night, 10 April.

This is a rescheduled show from 5th December. All tickets purchased for the December show are valid for this event. The band bring together the music of two contemporary rock giants, Pink Floyd and Fleetwood Mac. Them & Us are a stunning 9-piece ensemble, who lovingly create the legendary music of these two legendary bands. Tickets on the door are from 7pm.

Tomorrow’s daytime gig brings together three of the finest Scottish Blues Bands all under one legendary roof. Each act carries its own distinctive sound, yet all share the same heart. The line up is The Lynsey Dolan Bands, Bison Hip and The Real World. Tickets on the door from 1pm.

The Eighties were a time of radical changes in music and fashion. In the aftermath of the Punk revolution, daring New Romantics embraced new sounds and technologies to change the face of music forever. Tomorrow night’s band Electromantics pay tribute to these pioneers with a live show that is as visually stunning as it is sonically accurate. Known for their incredible live performances. Electromantics are the only band to feature the incredible robotic dancing of Manochrome.

Electromantics bring stunning live recreations of hits from the 80s New Wave, Synth Pop and New Romantic era to live music venues across the UK. Formed during lockdown, after performing for 15 years as Electro 80s, Electromantics completed their new band lineup with the addition of Andrew Dixon (Gold) and immediately started work creating the perfect live set.

Stunning attention to detail, brings exact replicas of songs, originally made famous by the following artists, to live music venues across the UK. Cherry Red ’53 return to The Bungalow this time in the Sunday afternoon slot. Get ready for some old time Rock n Roll from this very popular band. It is free entry and doors are 1pm.

The Bungalow Jam kicks off at 7pm on Tuesday. This week’s entertainment includes Music, Games, a Quiz and the usual Open Mic. This is free entry. The Bungalow Wednesday Club starts at 2pm with an afternoon of fun from singer John Griffith of The Bobby Deans Big Band and the popular anything goes quiz – it’s not the winning, it’s the learning.

Ronnie T kicks off at The Old Swan from 4pm tonight and following him is Addiction at 8pm. Epic are in the coveted ‘Shoppers Slot’ at 4pm, The Sunday Soul Club kicks off at 4pm, Crawford Carlyle will be playing on Monday from 4pm, Lee James on Tuesday at 3pm and every second Thursday at 5.00pm and alternatively sometimes it is Cammy Miller.  Duncan McLellan will be onstage on Wednesday to play a whole load of your favourite songs.

Johnny Barr is at The Keg tonight from 9pm and tomorrow night from 9pm it is local blues, boogie and rock outfit Blind Panik. On Thursday you can discover a full line up of new or up and coming talent kicking off at 9pm.

Sportsters have live music tonight at 8pm and on Sunday from 6pm. Check venue for details.  Kennedys have Under Dogs in on Sunday from 3pm and over at The Inn on the Corner xxxxxx will kick off at 4pm.

The Open Mic/Stage sessions next week are: The Abbey at 9pm on Monday, Ugly Duck Monday at 7pm, The Gantry at 9pm on Tuesday, The Bungalow on Tuesday 7pm, The Keg on Wednesday at 8.30pm and The Inn on the Corner has an Open Mic on the last Tuesday of the month.
