Paisley live music gigs this weekend and all next week

On Friday night, 7 November, The Bungalow has a Tribute to ‘James’ an English rock band from Manchester, formed in 1982.

They achieved popularity during the 1990s, with four top 10 hits. Fresh from their tour of the O2 Academies and festival performances The James Experience Born of Frustration will be performing all the big James songs like “Laid”, “Sit down”, “Come Home”, “Sometimes” etc as well as a few of their favourites. Tickets on the door from 7.00pm.

The Dead Flowers are back on Saturday afternoon, 8 November, for more Classic Rock fronted by the very talented Nicky Waterson. This is always a busy day, so get along early. This is a free entry gig on Saturday afternoon, and doors open at 1.00pm, with the band starting at 2.00pm. If you want a seat, get in early, this band are very popular, and it will be busy.

An Ocean Colour Scene Tribute are at The Bungalow on Saturday 8 November with Ocean Colour Scheme, and in support are local band Bits n Pieces. Tickets on the door from 7.00pm.

On Sunday afternoon at The Bungalow, The Brass Monkeys BIG Band hit the stage. If you haven’t seen them before, get down and listen to one of the loudest in your face big bands around. Its FREE ENTRY and doors are at 1.00pm.

The Tuesday Bungalow Open Stage starts at 7.00pm. If you want to get on stage and jam or play some songs this is for you. The house band will be there to help and full backline available. Free entry.

The Bungalow Wednesday Club starts at 2.00pm with an afternoon of fun from singer John Griffith of The Bobby Deans Big Band and the popular anything goes quiz that offers a Tunnocks Tea Cake as prizes (only if you are good!).

Paisley’s wildest DRAG night returns on Wednesday 12th November 2025. Tickets on the door from 7.00pm.

On Thursday,  13 November, The Introducing Night for new emerging music, features Mr Vast and Paul Puppet. This is an opportunity to see your next favourite band. Tickets on the door from 7.00pm.

Crawford Carlyle (pictured above) is at The Old Swan on Friday night, 7 November tonight from 8.00pm and tomorrow, Saturday, from 4.00pm it is The Players.

The Sunday Soul Club starts at 4.00pm on Sunday 9 November with John and Maria on the decks. Crawford Carlyle will be playing on Monday 10 November from 4.00pm; Lee James starts his comedy and song stage show on Tuesday 11 November at 3.00pm and every second Thursday at 5.00pm, and alternatively sometimes it is Cammy Miller.  Duncan McLellan kicks off at 4.00pm on Wednesday 12 November 2025.

Lewis Toms is at The Keg on Friday night 7 November from 9.00pm and on Saturday night, 15 November at the same time is The Burnt Oot Blues Band.

Discover new or up and coming talent on Thursday at The Keg as they have another night of new emerging talent, playing their original material. The session kicks off at 9.00pm.

Venue has a Psychic Night on Friday night, 7 November. Doors open 7.00pm with the show starting at 8.00pm sharp. There’ll be two parts to the night, with a break in between to grab a drink, chat, and soak up the vibe.

They have two readers available for private readings, so if you’d like one, make sure you arrive early to secure your slot. It’s set to be a special night full of energy, connection, and good spirits, in every sense of the word!

Check out Kennedy’s on Sunday at 3.00pm as Howlin Radio will be on stage pounding out some rock classics at 3.00pm, and over at The Inn on the Corner from 4.30pm there will be a live session. Check venue for details.

The Open Mic/Stage Sessions next week are: The Abbey at 9pm on Monday; Ugly Duck Monday at 7pm; The Gantry at 9pm on Tuesday; The Bungalow on Tuesday 7pm; The Keg on Wednesday at 8.30pm and The Inn on the Corner has an Open Mic on the last Tuesday of the month.
