Paisley town live music gigs for the weekend and all next week

The frightening, spooky and Skalloween night is back on Friday night, 31 October at The Bungalow, and this year it has two great Ska bands – The Dughoose Ska Band and The Owls Ska Band double header. Tickets on the door from 7pm.

SHOUT! return with their banging show packed with hits from the 1960s. Their set is full of Mod, Soul and Dance hits from when music was music. This is a free entry gig on Saturday afternoon, 1st November, and doors open at 1.00pm and with the band starting at 2.00pm. If you want a seat, get in early, this band are very popular, and it will be busy.

The Spiders from Mars (pictured), Scotland’s top Bowie tribute band say, “No pantomime, no laughing gnomes and definitely no silly wigs… just the music of Bowie played as hard and as honestly as we can” and that is what you get on Saturday night at The Bungalow.

Formed in 2004 in Glasgow, Spiders on Mars is a six-piece band of musicians who are bonded by a love for the music of the 20th Century’s greatest musical icon. They play music from every era of David Bowie’s career. From The Man Who Sold The World and Space Oddity through the Ziggy years and onto The Thin White Duke. With over 40 classic hits and fan favourites to draw upon as well as special “full album” performances, Spiders on Mars are not a tribute band, Spiders on Mars are a rocking tribute to the music of David Bowie. Tickets on the door from 7.00pm.

On Sunday afternoon, 2 November 2025, at The Bungalow, Mod Life Crisis hit the stage. If you didn’t get enough Mod music at the Shout gig, well here is more. Its FREE ENTRY and doors are at 1.00pm.

The Tuesday Bungalow Open Stage starts at 7.00pm. If you want to get on stage and jam or play some songs this is for you. The house band will be there to help and full backline available. Free entry.

The Bungalow Wednesday Club starts at 2.00pm with an afternoon of fun from singer John Griffith of The Bobby Deans Big Band and the popular anything goes quiz that offers a Tunnock’s Tea Cake as prizes (only if you are good!).

On Thursday The Introducing Night for new emerging music, features Point Pleasant, The Underclass and The Pines. This is an opportunity to see your next favourite band. Tickets on the door from 7.00pm.

Abbey Road are at The Old Swan on Friday night, 31 October from 8.00pm and on Saturday 1st November 2025 from 4.00pm it is Give Way.

The Sunday Soul Club starts at 4.00pm with John and Maria on the decks. Crawford Carlyle will be playing on Monday from 4.00pm; Lee James starts his comedy and song stage show on Tuesday 4 November at 3.00pm, and every second Thursday at 5.00pm and alternatively sometimes it is Cammy Miller.   Duncan McLellan kicks off at 4.00pm on Wednesday.

Greg James is at The Keg on Friday night, 31 October from 9.00pm and on Saturday 1 November at the same time is Rock Therapy – just what the doctor ordered!

Discover new or up and coming talent on Thursday at The Keg as they have another night of new emerging talent playing their original material. The session kicks off at 9.00pm.

Check out Kennedy’s on Sunday 2 November at 3.00pm as Sad Ida will be on stage pounding out some rock classics at 3.00pm, and over at The Inn on the Corner from 4.30pm it is Blind Panik who will be blasting out some Foot Stompin’ Rockin Boogie and more from one of Paisley’s best loved bands.

The Open Mic/Stage Sessions next week are: The Abbey at 9pm on Monday, Ugly Duck Monday at 7pm, The Gantry at 9pm on Tuesday, The Bungalow on Tuesday 7pm, The Keg on Wednesday at 8.30pm and The Inn on the Corner has an Open Mic on the last Tuesday of the month.
