Police Scotland Detectives are appealing for information following a housebreaking and theft in Kilmacolm.
The incident happened between 11.00am on Tuesday 31 March, and 2.20pm on Friday 3 April 2026, at a property in the Gowkhouse Road area of Kilmacolm, Renfrewshire.
Entry was forced at the property. A number of items including watches, jewellery and alcohol worth approximately £50,000 were stolen from within.
Detective Constable Jennifer Kane said: “This was a high-value theft and we are appealing to the public for assistance.
Our enquiries are ongoing and I would ask anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious around the time of the incident to contact us as soon as possible.
In addition, anyone with any relevant CCTV, doorbell or dash-cam footage is asked to come forward as this may be able to assist.
I am also asking local and online buyers and sellers of jewellery to be aware of any suspicious activity around items being sold.”
