On Friday night, 7 August, The Bungalow have a Rockabilly Night.
The Wild Devils are an authentic, female-fronted Rockabilly band formed in Scotland in early 2023. They mix classic 1950s rockabilly with a touch of blues, releasing material through the US label Missing Fink Records. The band are known for their energetic, raw style inspired by pioneers like Wanda Jackson and Chuck Berry. The Wild Devils released their debut material, including the EP 3 Days in Memphis, to strong underground acclaim. Doors are at 7.00pm and it is free entry.
The Bungalow have another great afternoon offering of the best Soul, Disco and Pop tunes from The Columbos Soul Band. It is free entry and doors are 1.00pm. Expect a busy afternoon, so get in early.
The Duran Duran Experience are the only UK based Duran Duran tribute band who are constantly evolving, in look, set numbers, presentation and performance to bring you the ultimate Duran Duran tribute band show. The band are constantly updating their look and presentation for their live show.
The Duran Duran Experience put on a high production, professionally presented show no matter who the audience are. Tickets on the door from 7.00pm.
Doors open at 1.00pm on Sunday afternoon for The Go Steady. The band are a 1960s beat, mod, soul and R&B covers band from Glasgow. They perform energetic live sets covering iconic tracks from artists like The Small Faces, The Who, The Kinks, The Creation, and The Yardbirds. The gig starts at 2.00pm and it is free entry.
The Bungalow Wednesday Club starts at 2.00pm with an afternoon of fun from singer John Griffith of The Bobby Deans Big Band and the weekly quiz.
On Thursday night on Renfrewshire Youth Voice have a band night it is free entry and doors are 7.00pm.
Ronnie T kicks off at The Old Swan from 4.00pm on Friday night, 7 August, and following him is a live set from Earl Blue and the Sessions at 8.00pm. Saturday 8 August at 4.00pm, Sad Ida will be onstage ready to pound out some of your favourite rock classics.
The Sunday Soul Club starts at 4.00pm. at The Old Swan.
If you have nothing to do on Monday, treat yourself and get to The Old Swan to listen to the fantastic voice of Crawford Carlyle singing some of the best ‘singers’ tunes at 5.00pm on Monday 10 August 2026. Lee James is on Tuesday at 3.00pm and every second Thursday at 5.00pm, and alternatively, sometimes it is Cammy Miller. Duncan McLellan will be onstage on Wednesday at 5.00pm.
Crawford Smith of Howlin Wolf fame is playing at The Keg on Friday night 7 August from 9.00pm.
Saturday night, 8 August, from 9.00pm it will be Sniper Alley, a Lanark based rock covers band. The band play bouncing music from the 1970’s, 80’s and 90’s filled with their own unique energy. On Thursday, 13 August, you can discover a full line up of new or up and coming talent, showcasing new original material kicking off at 9.00pm.
Friday night, 7 August, Last Resort are at Kennedys and showtime is 9.00pm, then Moonrocks on Sunday taking to the stage at 3.00pm.
The Inn on the Corner have Rumours playing on Sunday 9 August from 6.00pm.
Every Thursday at The Anchor is a Scottish Trad Jam. Join in and bring an instrument, play a song or join in. Or just sit back and enjoy the music from Mairead McManus, Katie Boyle, Johnny Canning and whoever turns up on the night! Starts at 8.00pm.
